Clubhouse/Front of House
A La Carte and Banquet Server (Click for full job description)
Position Summary: The position is responsible for daily food service with a high execution of professionalism and hospitality. Servers will provide premium service for members and their guests, abiding by the service standards of the Club. They will be expected to have a solid understanding of fine dining and table-side service.
A La Carte and Banquet Assistant Server (Click for full job description)
Position Summary: The position is responsible for setting and cleaning dining areas before, during and after service. Additionally, they may be asked to assist with side work and other general service duties. Server Assistants will provide premium service for members and their guests, abiding by the service standards of the Club.
Valet Attendant
Position Summary: The Valet Attendant is one of the most important positions at the Club. They are one of the first impressions our members and guests are greeted by. This position is responsible for greeting and welcoming our members and guests as well as parking and returning cars in designated areas.

Position Summary: This position is crucial to ensuring the safety of our members and guests at our pools.

Outside Services
Position Summary: Detail oriented individuals with quality work ethic, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Heavy lifting is required (golf bags, practice facility equipment, and range baskets with up to 300 golf balls in a basket).
A member of the Outside Services Team at Tam-O-Shanter Country Club will always conduct themselves professionally, have a passion for the game of golf, have a team player attitude with the willingness to learn and grow, and be an ambassador of the golf experience at Tam-O-Shanter.
Golf Shop Attendant
Position Summary: A Golf Shop Attendant at Tam-O-Shanter Country Club will assist the Golf Professional Staff in receipt and display of merchandise, executing and maintaining the visual display of the Golf Shop, as well as engage welcome all members and guests upon arrival with personality and communication skills.
Kitchen Staff
Breakfast/Lunch Line Cook
Position Summary: High energy and reliable individual with basic understanding of food handling, preparation and cooking procedures. This cook will be responsible for setting up and prepping each morning for breakfast and lunch
Prep Cook
Position summary: High energy and reliable person that is able to work flexible hours to help prep food for events and daily service.
Dishwasher
Position summary: High energy and reliable person to keep our dish area clean and organized during busy times, with some additional cleaning of equipment and mopping throughout the kitchen when there is down time.
